We’ve had a very busy couple of months. In August, our board approved a rebranding from “MyMoments” to the “EDI Institute”, an evolution reflecting our mission of improving clinical outcomes for any chronic illness by creating EDI best practices, performing research, and innovating new technologies. And the EDI Institute will continue to implement EDI under the “MyMoments” brand name at our partnering organizations.
And the timing for this change coincides with the TEDx talk that I will be giving on Sunday 11/15 at 2:15PM Eastern (available via live streaming on TEDxBeaconStreet.com the day of the event and also posted as a video a week afterwards). EDI is such rich topic, and there are so many moving images stories to choose from, that crafting a 12-minute talk has been far more challenging than I ever imagined. But I see this talk as an opportunity to spread the word about the unlimited possibilities for EDI – something that’s core to our mission. And I am also looking forward to the entire TEDxBeaconStreet weekend, where we’ll have a hands-on exhibit enabling people to create and share their own imagery on the theme of “Resilience.”
I will plan to post again after the talk is over with imagery from the weekend, and reflections on the experience.
