In partnership with the Arnold P. Gold Foundation, the EDI Institute recently announced our latest initiative, Tell Me More®, at the Cleveland Clinic Patient Experience Summit. Tell Me More® promotes a culture of compassion in hospitals through EDI imagery created by patients, caregivers, and staff. This imagery sparks conversation and connects people in ways that transcend traditional patient/caregiver relationships.
At the Cleveland Clinic event, over 140 healthcare professionals from hospitals across the country used EDI to create imagery they could envision wearing on badges to share something about themselves. This example was created by one participant to simply express her love of Italy – something she would like to openly share with patients and staff in her hospital as a way of connecting with them at a more human level.
